At AMPM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn item with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
